Sarah and I have been on a marshmallow kick. Saturday we picked 15 lbs of black raspberries and made all sorts of stuff out of them, this being on of them. It's a homemade black raspberry marshmallow on a shortbread cookie, wrapped up in dark chocolate. MMMM.
